Toddler Beds & Bedding - Buyer Beware

So you're considering buying your first toddler bed? What should you exactly be looking for and should you even consider buying a toddler bed at all? My husband and I a few months ago had to buy our three year old daughter, Adriana, a bed because we were ready for Micah to get out of the crib and wanted to give our children a bed surprise for them both. Of course it was easy to decide what to do for Micah, he was going to get Adriana's plastic toddler bed with a new Car's comforter! When we received the twin captain bed and head board my husband and I took our children over to their grandparents and rushed home to put it together. My husband and I were impressed with sturdy quality and look of the wood. The instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to assemble quickly.

When we finished putting it together, we neatly topped it off with a new Princess bedspread. We then brought our children back to the house and the look on their faces were well worth a million dollars! My daughter's eyes got big and a huge smile came across her face as she said, "Wow! Princess Bed! Thank you daddy and mommy!"

We Never Have To Fight Her To Go To Bed.

Since we've given our children their bed surprises we've never had to fight them to go to bed. They love their new beds and I'm so thankful they do!
